ASSURE™ DBF Series
Compressor Inlet HEPA Filter/Silencer:
The DBF series bacterial intake filters provide true HEPA filtration for patient protection. The DBF series of filters are used to remove bacteria from the ambient air stream, remove atmospheric dust and debris found in typical oxygen concentrator environments, and to reduce noise levels. The high efficiency filtration helps not only to protect the patient, but also to extend compressor life by reducing contamination.
The HEPA rated DBF series remove bacteria and viruses with greater than 99.999% filtration efficiency. Porous Media 100% tests each filter for efficiency, so you can be assured you are purchasing the highest quality parts in the industry.
ASSURE™ DDF Series
Final Patient Bacteria Filter:
The DDF series of filters (available in a variety of connections for your particular requirements) help protect the patient from concentrator sieve contamination and protect the concentrator from patient bacteria and viral transmission.
ASSURE™ DFC Series
Compressor Outlet/Filter Silencer:
The DFC series of compressor outlet/filter silencers remove potentially harmful contamination from air compressors. Sources of contamination include carbon and other debris generated during operation. These contaminants can cause critical valves to malfunction. The DFC series filters provide HEPA filtration for the valves and help improve the operation of the concentrator. Proprietary high-temperature filter capsule construction provides exceptional temperature compatibility and is utilized for specific applications in which air compressors operate at high temperatures typically greater than 200ºF (Respironics® and DeVilbiss®).
The extended high surface area of HEPA filter media removes greater than 99.97% of particles 0.3 µm in size and larger while maintaining a low resistance to air flow from the compressor. This helps not only to maintain proper valve performance, but also helps to extend the life of your molecular sieve. In addition to protecting valves and molecular sieve beds, the DFC series filters also reduce sound for additional patient comfort.
